Melbourne Florida. 

Melbourne ranks #3 as the best places to live in Florida, #11 in fastest-growing places, and #22 for best places to live for quality of life. It is located Southeast of Orlando and rated 6.8 on housing affordability.

Miami Flordia

 

Miami ranks #14 in the best places to live in Flordia. Known for beautiful beaches and beautiful scenery. Housing affordability is lower in Miami but could be a great option depending on your wants and needs.

Asheville, North Carolina.

 

Rated #3 in the best places to live in North Carolina, #16 in best places to live for quality of life, and #34 in best places to live. Asheville has AMAZING mountain views and great housing affordability making it a great option to retire. It’s a must to check out!

Rated #1 in best places to live in Michigan, #2 in best places to live for quality of life, and #12 for best places to live. The median home prices are around $263,000.

Ocala Florida is ranked #5 in fastest-growing places

#5 Lancaster PA

 

Rated #2 in best places to live in PA #13 for best places to live for quality of life and #14 in the safest places to live makes Lancaster a GREAT option for retirement. The median home price is $215,000

 

#4 Naples Florida

 

Rated #1 in best places to live in Flordia, #3 in fastest-growing places, and #14 in best places to live. The median home price is $326,900. If you want to live near the ocean in a beautiful community this may be a great option for you!

 

#3 Port St. Lucie, Florida

Yes, Another one in Florida! Does that tell you something? Florida was probably already on your radar 😉

 

Port St. Lucie is between Miami and Orlando. It is rated #8 in the fastest-growing places, #11 in the best places to live in Florida. The median home price is $221.000

 

#2 – Fort Myers Flordia

 

This one is MY FAVORITE place EVER! Rated #1 in fastest-growing places, #8 in best places to live in Florida. The median home price is $226,000. The beaches, entertainment, and scenery will make this a great option for retirement. 

 

#1 Sarasota, Florida

 

Rated #2 in best places to live in Florida, #4 in fastest-growing places, and #21 in best places to live for quality of life. The median home price is $227,000. Siesta Key Beach was rated #1 Beach in the US according to TripAdvisor.
